▶ Important Notes
・Upon completing your order and payment, your purchase receipt serves as your registration confirmation. No physical tickets will be issued. Please report directly to the venue at the scheduled time. No separate SMS or pre-workshop notifications will be sent.
・Orders that are not paid for will be considered incomplete registrations. Spots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis once the class is full. Unpaid orders will not be added to the participant list.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our Facebook page or call (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The refund policy is as follows:
* Refunds are based on Article 9, Paragraph 1, Item 4 of the Compulsory Education Act for Supplementary Education and Article 33 of the Regulations for Short-Term Supplementary Schools, as announced by the Executive Yuan's Consumer Protection Committee.
A. For refund requests submitted sixty days or more before the class starts, a refund of 95% of the total actual payment will be issued.
B. For refund requests submitted between fifty-nine days and eight days before the class starts, a refund of 90% of the total actual payment will be issued.
C. For refund requests submitted between seven days and one day before the class starts, a refund of 80% of the total actual payment will be issued.
* Rescheduling is permitted for sessions within the next 2 months. Please proactively inform us of your preferred session. Failure to do so will be considered forfeiture. If you cannot accommodate the rescheduled time, please opt for a refund.
* On the day of the workshop, due to material and venue arrangements made by the instructor, no refunds or rescheduling will be accepted. Participants who do not show up will be considered to have forfeited their spot.
* To ensure the rights of other participants, anyone arriving 15 minutes or more after the scheduled start time will be considered to have forfeited their spot.
* For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account details (account number and name). All refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
・Participants must be 10 years of age or older to register for this event.
・Only ticket holders are permitted to participate. Unpaid companions are not allowed to enter or join the activity, unless a child requires parental assistance to complete the craft, or in special cases where a parent and child wish to participate together. Please contact the venue in advance to inquire about such exceptions.
・If the number of registered participants for a session falls below 6 two days prior to the event start date, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and offer a reschedule or a full refund.
・Please arrive on time for the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please avoid being late.
・No outside food or beverages are allowed in the handcrafting classroom. This workshop includes unlimited self-serve black or green tea.
・Participants must adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance.
・In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants to arrange for rescheduling or a refund.
・The organizer may take photos and videos during the workshop for event documentation and promotional purposes on xiabenhow's social media channels. By participating, you consent to the potential use of your image in such materials.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will make special arrangements.
