Will they cause allergies? A: Our ear hooks and posts are primarily made of "Japanese pure copper" metal, unlike the common nickel-chromium alloys found in the market. Due to the absence of nickel in the material and plating, they do not cause allergic reactions. ----------------------------------------- Q: What if I still experience allergies after wearing them? A: If you still experience allergies after wearing them, it is likely due to one of the following reasons: 1. Poor personal hygiene (failure to disinfect before and after wearing). 2. Environmental factors (air quality, dirt, sweat, etc.). 3. Individual predisposition (acidic perspiration, skin, or blood cells that easily react to metal ions, leading to redness, swelling, itching, commonly known as allergies or hives). There are many reasons for ear allergies, and it's not solely due to the ear hook material. We recommend undergoing an allergy test at a hospital for clarity on the cause and to protect both parties' rights. We have been making and selling jewelry since 2016, with thousands of earrings sold. To date, no customer has reported allergic reactions. Is it really made of paper, or acrylic? Can I wear them while showering? A: It is currently not technically feasible to create such intricate items with acrylic. These are all handmade. To adapt to Taiwan's humid climate, we apply three layers of Japanese waterproof adhesive to the paper after creation, providing basic water resistance (meaning you don't need to worry about humidity, rain, or heavy sweating). However, we recommend removing them before showering, swimming, or visiting hot springs. ----------------------------------------- Q: How long does it take to ship after placing an order? A: Monday to Friday (Production & Shipping) Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays (No shipping as we are at markets) As we operate through market events and postal services do not deliver on weekends, all our items are shipped between Monday and Friday.
