We kindly ask for your gentle handling to preserve its fine details. Over time, some reshaping may occur, but we are happy to assist with maintenance should you wish. (Round-trip shipping costs will apply.) You will need to purchase return shipping to cover the cost of sending it back to you. Due to design constraints, creating smaller sizes is challenging, so we begin from size 3. Regarding ring sizes: If you have a ring that fits well, measuring its inner diameter would be helpful. Alternatively, measuring your finger's circumference using the method below is also recommended. Please consult the size chart and select your preferred size from the options. (Available sizes: #3 to #30) If you know your ring size in Japanese sizing, please let us know. How to measure your finger: Cut a strip of plain paper to 5mm width and wrap it around the finger where you intend to wear the ring. Ensure the fit is neither too tight nor too loose at the base of the finger. As each ring is made to the specified size, we generally cannot accept size adjustments. However, if a size adjustment is absolutely necessary, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to return it to us. Before sending the ring back for resizing, please purchase the additional shipping fee from the designated page. Regarding the ring's joining point: The ring is formed using a process called brazing. This involves melting a small piece of silver solder with heat to join the metal components. As silver solder is silver in color, the joining point (where the ring connects) will have a silver hue. This may become more noticeable over time, and we appreciate your understanding. Important notes for brass rings: At viva*viva jewel, we cherish the natural, distinctive color of brass and do not apply any plating to our brass pieces. Due to the nature of brass, your finger may temporarily darken when wearing the ring during sweaty seasons. This discoloration can be easily washed off with soap.
