| Appointment Changes / Cancellations / Rescheduling |
1. Cancellations are not accepted from 7 days prior to the departure date up to the day of.
2. If you need to reschedule due to personal reasons, please contact us at least 7 days in advance. Rescheduling is limited to one time. Fees are non-refundable for last-minute cancellations or no-shows. We appreciate your understanding.
3. In case of class suspension due to natural disasters or other force majeure events, we will proactively contact you for rescheduling or a refund.
| Attending the Course |
1. To ensure you enjoy the full course experience, please arrive 5-10 minutes early or on time for check-in. Arriving more than 15 minutes late will be considered a cancellation.
2. Photos and videos may be taken during the course for brand documentation or promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform us on-site. You are also welcome to take your own photos and videos during the class.
3. Metal polishing during the course can produce fine debris. Work aprons will be provided. We recommend wearing comfortable, casual clothing.
