Bohemia - Crystal wine glasses

Beautiful, colorful and irresistible set of Bohemian wine glasses represents the opulence and finesse that have brought fame to generations of glass artisans. The decorative technique used to create these artistic glasses is called "Tre Fuochi" or "Three flames". Like so many other refined and beautiful things, this decorative style was born during the Renaissance, when the wealth and grandeur of Venice required nothing less than luxury and elegance, and this type of light and rich glass objects became very popular. To create each of these wine glasses, artisans first shape molten glass, then apply rich decoration of 24K gold leaf and enamel in a process, which requires precision, excellence and incredible skill. The glasses are blown and decorated by hand with real 24 carat gold. Each glass measures 20cm high and the diameter of the base is 7.2cm The diameter at the widest part of the glass is 10 cm.
