All the products are packed in gauze pouch along with our info card and business card, and wrapped by paper box and ribbons. Please inform us if you would like to separate each piece for special purpose.

For customers outside of Taiwan, it usually takes 14-21 days to finish the delivery. Free shipping for orders over NTD.5000! Thank you for your supporting, understanding and patience!

Please treat and wear your jewellery with gentle care. Avoid contact with water, lotions, perfumes, hairspray or any liquid. Protect jewellery from sharp blows, extreme temperatures and rough or hard surfaces.
T H R I V E provide warranty for each products, will repair or replace manufacturing faults free of charge up to 6 months from the original date of the order. We offer repair service if your item is outside of the warranty, and it will be at a small cost. Thank you for understanding!
