This is a bracelet strung with old Tibetan turquoise, ancient agate, blood red & golden red white hearts, emerald blue beads, and old Orissa & Chin silver.
The old Tibetan turquoise is approximately 100 to 200 years old (it might be even older). It was acquired from someone who sourced it directly from Tibet. Turquoise is also known as the "Fallen Skystone." Since ancient times, it has been used as an amulet and a sacred stone in various countries. In Tibet, it's used as a protective charm and sometimes as medicine. It's one of the stones that has been passed down and worn for thousands of years.
This is natural turquoise, with no coating.
It's a cool turquoise with beautiful mint blue color and black stripes evenly distributed.
(Turquoise size: 1.2cm width, 0.9cm height, 0.7cm depth)
Monotone ancient agate beads have been incorporated. These were unearthed in regions like Pakistan and India, along the Indus River basin, and are approximately 2000 years old.
The two-tone design is incredibly cool!!
Blood red and golden red "white heart" antique beads have been added. They are called white hearts because the core (heart) is white. These are beads from Venice, dating from the 19th to 20th century. White hearts with particularly deep blood red or golden red hues, achieved with gold, are rare.
The emerald blue beads are antique beads known as Indo-Pacific beads. The origin of Indo-Pacific beads is said to be the 2nd century BC. These particular beads are unearthed artifacts from Indonesia, dating back to the 10th century – over 1000 years old!
The jet-black beads are antique Venetian beads (19th-20th century). Each bead has a unique shape and size, giving them a distinct charm.
(Jet-black bead size: 0.4cm diameter)
The dull golden beads and the charms next to the ancient agate are old Orissa brass. These are old brass beads from the Orissa region of India. They are very rare metal beads. The round charms near the clasp are also old items from India.
The壺-shaped (tsubo-shaped) silver parts sandwiching the old Tibetan turquoise and ancient agate are old Chin silver. These are heirloom pieces from the 18th-19th century, sourced from Burma.
They were used by Chin women for necklaces and other adornments, showing unique wear and endearing scratches. Their weight and presence are incomparable to modern silver (though some modern pieces are also cool...). These beads are truly rare and quite expensive!
The slightly bent clasp and rings are Karen silver.
The small Karen silver beads are stamped with individual patterns! It's mind-boggling to think of the work involved...

This is silver crafted by the mountain ethnic groups living in Thailand and Burma. Each piece is handmade, and it is said to have very high purity.
Connected with waxed cord, it may feel a bit stiff at first, but it will become supple with wear.
