The kaleidoscope's triangular motifs and exposed concrete exterior are inspired by the museum's architecture itself.
Designed by Tadao Ando, the Asia University Museum of Modern Art is located in Wufeng, Taichung.
The building is a three-story structure of exposed concrete, composed of interlocking triangular forms.
For Ando, the "triangle" represents not only the harmonious balance between nature, environment, and architecture, but also symbolizes mutual assistance. He believes that many of life's challenges cannot be overcome alone and require collaborative effort to break through. Ando expresses this life philosophy through his architectural language.
