It has nothing to do with the quality and does not affect the performance of the fragrance. ✨Soy Wax may form crystals under certain environmental conditions, such as changes in temperature, humidity or other environmental factors, which will not affect the texture and aroma of the candle itself. ✨It is normal for the candle to look hollow on the side (not completely attached to the cup). The main reason for this phenomenon is that there is a temperature difference between the temperature of the Wax liquid and the container, causing the sides of the candle to separate from the container.
