**Flavor Profile**
Through multiple drying and roasting processes, the tamed, infused coffee beans exude a full-bodied aroma of berries and rum-soaked raisins, reminiscent of a fragrant late-winter orchard.
Upon brewing, the whisky aroma is deep yet gentle, like a refined gentleman in a striped shirt, possessing a steady, bright, and rounded texture, as if you can see charming smile lines at the corners of his eyes.
However, this is merely the first impression. Upon tasting, you'll discover the underlying character of the Scotch whisky—a somewhat stern demeanor, like the sea breeze, hidden behind the sweet Brazilian honey-processed coffee.
The mid-palate is dominated by the interplay of whisky notes, malt molasses, and a cherry chocolate finish. As it cools, it releases sweet aromas of dried longan, honey, and a hint of toasted wood.
This is a coffee with a complete structure and a slender body, much like an approachable yet complexly charming man.

**Filter Bag Usage Instructions**
**1. Just Three Steps for Effortless Cold Brew:**
1. Place the coffee filter bag into a clean container.
2. Add water at room temperature in the appropriate ratio. For one 15g bag, we recommend approximately 250ml of water.
3. Refrigerate for about 24 hours to obtain delicious cold brew coffee.
For direct consumption, a coffee-to-water ratio of 1:13-1:16 is recommended (1g coffee grounds to 13g-15g water). If adding milk, use a ratio of approximately 1:7.
Adjust the strength to your preference. Longer steeping times will release more flavor and result in a richer taste.
Cold brew coffee also pairs wonderfully with milk or plant-based milks like oat milk. If adding milk or ice, consider using less water during the steeping process.
**2. Convenient Hot Brewing with Filter Bags!**
Use hot water between 90-95°C (avoid pouring boiling water directly). Steep for about 7-8 minutes, adjusting the time based on your desired concentration.
For one 15g bag, we recommend approximately 250ml-300ml of water. After steeping, gently shake the filter bag to ensure even extraction from the center of the grounds before removing the bag and enjoying your coffee.
**Consumption and Storage**
Prepared cold brew coffee can be stored in the refrigerator for several days to a week. By preparing it in advance, you can have several days' worth of coffee ready, making it economical and time-saving!
**Barista's Notes**
"People who like coffee and also like alcohol are usually more interesting"—this is, of course, a prejudice. However, for me, it's a rather useful prejudice.
The inspiration for this batch of whisky-infused coffee was to bring together two of humanity's most beloved beverages for a perfect duet. Combining alcohol and coffee is not new; traditionally, alcohol is added during brewing. Our infused coffee series, however, involves infusing coffee with spirits before roasting, aiming to create more nuanced flavors through the tempering of time and heat.
The influence of infusion, drying, and roasting at each stage requires careful selection of coffee origins, suitable spirits, drying levels, and roasting curves... We certainly faced many challenges during the development process, and our studio is now filled with various bottles of alcohol.
This debut whisky-infused coffee might not be a universally loved crowd-pleaser, but I believe it will be the Mr. Right for some who fall in love at first sip.
As F. Scott Fitzgerald, the author of *The Great Gatsby*, once said: "I have been an all-night drinker and a morning writer..."
(It seems that writing, like love, is less effective when approached too rationally.)
I personally enjoy drinking it while working or brainstorming creative ideas. It's coffee that invigorates the mind, yet with a hint of tipsiness, it truly nourishes inspiration.
