Q1: Do I need to make a reservation? A1: Yes, reservations are required. Our studio space is limited, so we reserve spots for students who have booked and paid in advance! Q2: Can my companion who isn't making a bracelet come into the studio? A2: Due to limited classroom space, each person attending must be making a bracelet. Companions are welcome to wait in the shop or explore the nearby area! Q3: Are the gemstone bracelets pre-selected, or can I choose my own combination? A3: You can choose from hundreds of crystals, gemstones, spacer beads, charms, and pendants to design and arrange your own bracelet! Q4: What if I need to change my booking date or time after I've ordered? A4: As materials and studio space are prepared in advance for each session, we are unable to offer refunds or rescheduling on the day of the workshop. No-shows will be considered forfeiture of the booking. However, if there are available slots in other time slots on the same day, we can accommodate a time change. Q5: What if I'm running late? A5: If you are late by 20 minutes without prior notification the day before, we will consider it a forfeiture of your reservation and no refund will be issued, to respect the rights of other scheduled participants. Q6: Can I make a bracelet as a gift for someone else? A6: Yes, you can. However, please confirm the recipient's wrist size before coming to make the bracelet. Adjustments to the bracelet size after completion will incur additional labor and material fees. Workshops start with just one participant and are by appointment only. Thank you for your cooperation. 【 Workshop Notice 】 ● Due to space limitations and to maintain workshop quality, please message us to inquire about available space if you wish to bring a companion. ● Please check in 5-10 minutes before your scheduled start time to avoid delays and ensure a smooth experience for everyone. ● Each participant will be provided with a set of tools and materials. The instructor will demonstrate and guide you step-by-step. If a finished piece has irreparable flaws due to failure to follow instructions, a new set of materials will need to be purchased. ● The workshop duration is approximately 1 hour, varying slightly based on the complexity of the chosen design. Your creation can be taken home the same day. ● Mobile phone tripods are available for recording videos and taking photos. ● As the crystal selection area is limited, all participants for a given session will select their crystals together. If you are sensitive to crowded spaces while choosing crystals, please consider this carefully before booking. ● As each time slot is booked, our staff will call to confirm 1 hour in advance. To protect the rights of all participants, forgetting your scheduled time and being unable to attend will be considered forfeiture of the reservation. ★ Please follow the instructor's guidance on equipment safety during the workshop. Female participants may need to tie back their hair with a hair tie or clip for safety. If safety rules are not followed despite reminders, you will be responsible for any consequences. ★ In the event of typhoons or other natural disasters on your scheduled workshop day, classes will be postponed based on government announcements for safety reasons, and a new date will be arranged. ★ If you are unable to attend or need to reschedule after payment, please contact us at least 3 days in advance.
