This includes the selection of fabrics, accessories, and overseeing the manufacturing process, all done personally. We prioritize natural and eco-friendly materials. Before shipping, all garments are ironed, packaged, and inspected. Please feel free to contact us with any questions regarding your order. **● Shipping Time** If items are in stock, we will ship them within 1-2 days. As our garments are produced in small batches, we sometimes encounter situations where a batch sells out and the next is still in production. In such cases, we will ship your order after the next batch is completed and passes our quality inspection. The waiting period for shipping typically ranges from 5-14 days. If you have any questions about shipping times after placing an order, you can contact us at any time for confirmation. **● Shipping and Delivery** Under normal circumstances, you can expect to receive your order approximately 7-10 days after shipment, excluding peak international shipping periods when delivery times may be extended. All shipped products are first transported to the airport, then air-freighted to their destination. After customs clearance, they are handed over to local delivery companies for doorstep service. For customers in outlying areas of Taiwan, "SF Express" shipping is also available for faster delivery (approximately 3-4 days), though at a slightly higher cost. Please note that additional shipping fees will apply for island regions (Penghu, Matsu, Kinmen, Lianjiang, outlying islands, Xiaolanyu). Kindly contact us before placing an order if you are located in these areas. For Hong Kong, SF Express is the default shipping method, with delivery expected within 2-3 days after shipment.
