・If you are unable to attend after payment, you may apply for a refund through the order system, with a 30% deduction of the ticket price to cover incurred costs. Due to the designer's need to prepare materials in advance, refunds or exchanges are not permitted within 3 days prior to the event. ・If you wish to reschedule, please cancel your current booking and make a new purchase. Rescheduling is not permitted within 3 days prior to the event. ・This activity is open to individuals aged 12 and above. ・Entry is restricted to ticket holders only. Guests without tickets are not permitted to accompany or participate. ・Entry begins 10 minutes before the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please arrive on time. Late arrivals exceeding 10 minutes may result in adjustments to the creation process. Entry will not be permitted for those arriving more than 30 minutes late, and no refunds will be issued. ・Outside of water and beverages, no other food or drinks are permitted in the studio. A water dispenser is available. For environmental friendliness, please bring your own water bottle or cup. Please take any tea-related waste with you. ・Please adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance. You will be responsible for any damages caused by violations. ・In the event of force majeure such as natural disasters, Daz.work will proactively contact participants for rescheduling or refunds. ・If participation in the activity is cancelled due to reasons not attributable to Daz.work, no refund will be provided. ・In cases of refunds or event cancellations, invoice adjustments will be handled entirely by Guoyi Creative. ・If the class is cancelled due to force majeure such as natural disasters, Daz.work will proactively contact participants for rescheduling or refunds. In the event of a typhoon, the official work suspension standards of the event's location will be used as the basis for class commencement and refunds, regardless of the participant's location. ・The organizer may take photos or videos during the experience for event documentation and promotional purposes on Daz.work's Facebook page and Instagram. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will make special arrangements.
