・If you are unable to attend after payment, you may apply for a refund through the order system. A 30% service fee will be charged to cover all incurred expenses. As the designer needs to prepare materials in advance, refunds and exchanges are not accepted within 3 days prior to the event. ・If you need to reschedule, please cancel your current booking and make a new one. Refunds and exchanges are not accepted within 3 days prior to the event. ・Participants must be 12 years of age or older to register for this activity. ・Only ticket holders may participate. Those without tickets are not permitted to accompany or join the activity. ・Admission begins 10 minutes before the event. To ensure the smooth running of the experience, please do not be late. Latecomers exceeding 30 minutes will not be admitted and no refund will be issued. ・No outside food or drinks are allowed in the studio, except for water. A water dispenser is available. For environmental friendliness, please bring your own water bottle or cup. Please take any tea-related waste with you. ・Participants must adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance. Any damages caused by violations will be the participant's responsibility. ・In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, Daz.work will proactively contact participants for rescheduling or refunds. ・If the activity is canceled due to reasons not attributable to Daz.work, no refund will be issued. ・In the event of refunds or cancellations, all invoice adjustments will be handled by Guoyi Cultural and Creative. ・If the class is canceled due to natural disasters or other force majeure events, Daz.work will proactively contact participants for rescheduling or refunds. In case of typhoons, the official work suspension and class cancellation standards of the event location will be used as the basis for class operation and refunds, regardless of the participant's location. ・The organizer may take photos and videos during the experience for documentation and promotional purposes on the Daz.work Facebook fan page and Instagram. Photos and videos containing your likeness may be used for event records or other recruitment channels in the future. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the staff at the event, and we will make special arrangements.
