If you receive a defective item, please maintain its original condition and notify us within 3 days of receipt, providing photos of the defect for assessment. The following are not considered defects: # Color Difference: Due to variations in browsing devices and settings, colors in product photos may differ. Please refer to the actual color of the item received. # Size: Measurements may vary slightly due to different measurement methods; a margin of error of 0.5-1 cm is considered normal. # Solder Joints: While crafted with precision by artisans, handmade items may exhibit minor solder joints, such as at the junction of earring posts and settings, or necklace connections. Slight unevenness from soldering is normal. # Gemstones: All items use natural gemstones, each with unique inclusions and textures. Natural black spots, lines, feather inclusions, or cotton-like patterns within gemstones are normal. # Pearls: All items use natural pearls, each a unique gem with its own natural luster. While efforts are made to select pearls with consistent appearance, no two pearls will be exactly alike. | Return Policy | * All items (excluding custom-made products) are eligible for a 7-day appreciation period, starting from the day after the item is signed for until the 7th day. Please check the contents of your order immediately upon receipt. Returns cannot be accepted after the 7-day appreciation period. The 7-day appreciation period is not a trial period; please do not wear the jewelry extensively before returning it. Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances: # Exceeding the 7-day appreciation period. # The item is not returned in its original packaging box and shipping carton. # Incomplete or damaged accessories and invoices, such as paper invoices, warranty cards, envelopes, packaging boxes, paper bags, kraft paper boxes, and jewelry accessories (e.g., earring backs), that were delivered with the product. # Not a normal try-on; the item shows clear signs of prolonged wear and soiling. # The item has been altered, such as by engraving or modifying the size or chain length. # Promotional gifts have not been returned. # The item is damaged due to human factors upon return. # Engraved items are considered custom-made and are not eligible for the 7-day appreciation period. * As per court rulings, custom-made products created according to consumer requests are not subject to the 7-day appreciation period, and therefore, custom-made products cannot be returned. * Return shipping costs will be borne by HYGGE ADORN. However, if the original order amount falls below the free shipping threshold after the return, the original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. If the order amount remains above the free shipping threshold, no additional shipping fee will be charged. * Each order is eligible for one free return shipping service. If you need to return additional items within the 7-day appreciation period, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
