In case of a typhoon, the class suspension standard announced by the event venue will be the class start and refund standard, regardless of the location of the participants. ・If the participation in the activity is terminated due to reasons that are not attributable to IPL, no refund will be made. ・In the event of a refund or course cancellation, the full authority of the invoice discount operation will be handled by Guoyi Wenchuang. ・Side-shots will be taken by the organizer according to the needs of the experience activities, and will be uploaded to the Caiguang Mind Mirror community after the activities. In the future, the organizer may use photos and images containing your portrait for activity records or other recruitment channel promotion purposes. If you do not want to be photographed, you can inform the staff at the event site, and we will pay attention and make special arrangements. ・In order to maintain the continuous operation of the field and protect all students, so that everyone can settle down with peace of mind, Caiguang Mind Mirror has adopted the following epidemic prevention measures: - Measure the forehead temperature before entering the classroom. If you are unwell or have a history of travel or contact with epidemic areas, please rest at home, and we will assist in rescheduling or refunding the fee; - Lecturers and students are required to bring their own masks and wear them throughout the process; - Seats are arranged to keep an appropriate distance, enhance air-conditioning convection, and open windows to ensure classroom air circulation; - Use alcohol/hypochlorous acid water before and after activities to strengthen disinfection of frequent contact points such as doorknobs, tables and chairs, and toilets.
