* In the event of natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances that cause shipping delays, we will send a notification of delayed shipment. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
* Shipments are handled by courier and convenience store logistics. Actual delivery times depend on the driver's delivery route and conditions, and precise delivery times cannot be specified.
* All products come with a handmade invoice. If you require a unified invoice number (統編), please be sure to note it in your order.
| After-Sales Service |
* All HYGGE ADORN products come with after-sales service, including a one-year warranty and permanent basic cleaning and maintenance services. Within the one-year warranty period, damage caused by normal use and not by human factors will be repaired free of charge once. Custom orders, lost gemstones, and damage clearly caused by human factors are not covered under warranty. Repair services for such cases will incur a fee based on the situation.
* Lost warranty cards will not be reissued. Please keep them in a safe place.
* HYGGE ADORN reserves the right to refuse after-sales service for items without a warranty card or items not purchased from HYGGE ADORN.
* All round-trip shipping costs for after-sales service will be borne by the consumer.
* All after-sales services (ring size adjustment, chain length adjustment, cleaning and maintenance, breakage repair, gemstone loss) require the accompanying product warranty card. The service history will be recorded on the warranty card. Please contact us to apply for after-sales service.

* All products undergo professional quality control checks before shipment. If you receive a defective product, please maintain the product's integrity and notify us within 3 days of receipt, providing a photo of the defective area for assessment. The following are not considered defects:
# Color Difference: The color of product photos may vary due to different browsing devices and settings. Please refer to the actual color of the product received.
# Size: Measurement methods may vary, and a margin of error of 0.5-1 cm is considered normal.
# Solder Joints: While the products are meticulously handcrafted, slight solder joints may be present. For example, at the junction of earring posts and earrings, or necklace connectors. Slight unevenness at the solder joint is normal.
# Gemstones: All gemstones used are natural, meaning each stone will have unique inclusions and textures. Natural black spots, lines, feather cracks, and cotton-like inclusions within gemstones are normal phenomena.
# Pearls: All pearls used are natural and unique, possessing their own natural luster. While efforts are made to select pearls of consistent appearance, no two pearls will be exactly alike.
| Return Policy |
* All products (excluding custom orders) are eligible for a 7-day appreciation period, calculated from the day after the product is signed for until the 7th day. Please check the contents of your order immediately upon receipt. Returns cannot be accepted after the 7-day appreciation period. The 7-day appreciation period is not a trial period; please do not wear the jewelry for an extended period before returning it. Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
# Exceeding the 7-day appreciation period.
# The product is not returned in its original packaging box and shipping carton.
# Incomplete or damaged product accessories and invoice, such as paper invoices, warranty cards, envelopes, packaging boxes, paper bags, kraft paper boxes, jewelry accessories (e.g., earring backs), and other accessories that arrived with the product.
# Non-normal trial wear, with clear signs of prolonged wear and tear or soiling on the product.
# Modifications made to the product, such as additional engraving or adjustments to size or chain length.
# Promotional gifts not returned.
# Human-caused damage to the product upon return.
# Engraved products are considered custom orders and are not eligible for the 7-day appreciation period.
* In accordance with court rulings, custom orders made at the consumer's request are not eligible for the 7-day appreciation period, and therefore, custom orders cannot be returned.
* Return shipping costs will be borne by HYGGE AODRN. However, if the original order amount does not meet the free shipping threshold after the return, the original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. If the order amount exceeds the free shipping threshold, no additional shipping fee will be charged.
* Each order is eligible for free return shipping only once. If you need to add or return items within the 7-day appreciation period, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. To avoid disputes, please ensure you have thoroughly inspected the goods before initiating a return.
* If a return results in the original order no longer qualifying for promotional discounts, the discount will be deducted from the refund.
* If you return items without specific reason more than 3 times within one year, HYGGE ADORN will blacklist you for six months.
