We use preserved and dried flowers. Natural flowers are not flawless or perfectly symmetrical, and they may undergo unforeseen changes due to factors like temperature and humidity. ・ All our floral gifts are handmade, and products are photographed in kind. There will inevitably be slight color variations on different computer and mobile displays. Please be mindful of this before placing an order if you are a perfectionist. ・ If seasonal floral materials are out of stock, our floral artist will substitute them with other suitable materials. ・ Purchases include a string of lights, gift box packaging, and a card. ・ Customization is available. Please feel free to inquire. ・ If you need an item urgently, please contact us first. ・ As preserved flowers are delicate and fragile, they will be shipped exclusively via courier. ・ For other needs such as group workshops, custom classes, corporate courses, long-term courses, or other requests, please send us a private message. We will respond as soon as possible. | Care Instructions | ・ Please place in a well-ventilated, dry area away from direct sunlight. Humid environments can cause preserved flower petals to appear translucent, while dried flowers may mold. Direct sunlight can accelerate color fading. ・ If preserved flower petals appear translucent, you can use a dehumidifier or desiccant to remove moisture, and they will recover. ・ Vibrant or dark colors of preserved flowers, such as red or black, can easily stain other floral materials. When displaying, try to avoid placing them directly against walls or wooden boards, as they may also cause staining. Please only order if you are comfortable with this possibility. ・ If there is dust on the flowers, gently brush it off with a small brush. | Shipping Notes | ・ Some items are available in stock at our physical store. If you need an item urgently, please inquire first. If the item is in stock at the store, it will be shipped before 4:00 PM on the same day and you can expect to receive it the next day (excluding Sundays. If shipped on Saturday, delivery will be on Monday).
