・If you are unable to attend after payment or wish to reschedule, please contact us at least "3 days in advance" to arrange a new course time.
・Course rescheduling is limited to sessions within "2 months." If you cannot find a suitable time, please opt for a refund.

・As instructors prepare materials and the venue in advance, refunds and rescheduling are not accepted on the "day of the class." Failure to attend the session will be considered a forfeiture.
・In case of force majeure events (e.g., typhoons, heavy rain) or government-announced work/school closures for the day, we will proactively notify all participants and arrange for course postponement, transfer, or a full refund.

・During the course, the organizer may conduct photography and videography as needed, which will be uploaded to Chuan Chuan Handmade Crafts' social media after the class. The organizer may use photos and videos containing your likeness for event documentation or future promotional purposes.
