We created a modern version of the charm from a specially created illustration.
I left the face blank so you can fill it in with eyes, facial hair, etc. however you like.
The important character for "good fortune" and patterns, which are elements of a Daruma doll, are drawn on it.
The string is made using the "double Kane knot" used for amulets. The front side represents the kanji character "mouth" and the back side represents the kanji character "ten", which together form the character "kane". It is a traditional Japanese knot that is said to make wishes come true.
The string is left long so you can use it however you like.
Please note that we do not hold prayer services.
