Q: I want to display a larger piece at home. Are there other sizes available?
A: If you require a different size, please inquire about dimensions and pricing at least 7 days in advance. The studio will arrange for pre-orders and preparation!
Q: Are there example images, or do I need to prepare my own?
A: This is an experience class, and you will follow the example artworks provided by the studio.
Q: Can I register for this class if I have my own image to create?
A: If you wish to create based on your own reference image, we recommend enrolling in the "Regular Painting Interest Class." This experience class has a shorter duration and primarily aims to introduce you to the painting method and the creative process, making it less suitable for custom image creations. For those who want to create based on their preferred images, we suggest the "Regular Painting Interest Class." This regular class consists of four sessions, where the instructor will provide explanations and guidance based on the images and difficulty level provided by students, allowing ample time to complete the artwork for a more fulfilling creative journey.
Q: Can I paint if I have no prior experience?
A: No need to worry about prior experience. The instructor will answer any questions and provide guidance. Students can also create freely using the mediums.
Q: What if I can't finish my artwork on the same day?
A: If the class exceeds 30 minutes beyond the scheduled end time, an overtime fee will apply. Alternatively, you can arrange another session to complete your work, ensuring a more complete and refined piece. The fee is ¥450/hour.

◆ If you are unable to attend the class after successful registration, refunds are not provided. You are welcome to find a substitute or reschedule.
(If you wish to reschedule due to personal reasons, you must provide notice three days in advance, and this modification is limited to one change.)
◆ Cancellation on the day of the class or arriving more than 30 minutes late will be considered a forfeiture of the class, with no possibility of rescheduling or refund.
◆ In case of natural disasters reaching the level requiring class suspension as announced by the administrative department, you may choose to postpone or receive a refund according to regulations.
◆ By participating in the course, you agree to abide by the activity rules and regulations.
◆ To participate in this course, you must provide your name and contact number for identity verification and course information. Failure to provide complete and accurate information will result in disqualification from the course.
◆ The studio may take photos and videos during the event for use on social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram after the event. These may include your image and be used for event recaps or promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the staff via private message or in person, and special arrangements will be made.

Your personal data will be automatically deleted within one month from the start date of the course. You may request to query, view, copy, supplement, or correct your personal data, and request to stop the collection, processing, utilization, or deletion of your personal data before the deletion date.
