**【Important Notes】** *For beginners, designs with simple lines or color blocks are recommended for easier operation and to avoid exceeding the allotted time. *Due to the inherent risks associated with the machinery, participants must be 10 years or older. Each session is for a single operator. (Participants aged 10-14 require a parent to be present and assist throughout the session; no additional fee for co-creation.) *To ensure the rights of other participants, please do not be late, as it may affect the start time of the class. Entry will not be permitted 10 minutes after the scheduled start time. Please reschedule your session accordingly (one reschedule allowed within 2 months). *After placing your order, please add our official LINE account: @ado_studio. Provide the registrant's full name and desired class date. Upload your design for review. Design files must be confirmed at least 7 days before the class. For last-minute registrations, please confirm by the day before the class to ensure sufficient time. *To maintain teaching quality, only registered participants are allowed in the studio. Please do not bring guests. Pets and young children must be notified in advance. The studio opens 5 minutes before the class; please do not arrive too early to avoid waiting. *A 30-minute grace period will be provided beyond the scheduled end time. Alternatively, you may choose to: 1. Extend the session, 2. Reschedule, or 3. Take the semi-finished product home. Extension or rescheduling fees are $300 per hour (any part of an hour is counted as a full hour). *As the creation process requires physical exertion, please have a meal before attending and try not to schedule tight plans immediately afterward. *Food is not permitted in the studio, but you may bring beverages. *Class sessions will be filmed for use as marketing material on the brand's website. If you do not wish to be filmed, please inform a staff member on-site to avoid being captured. By not informing us, you agree to Dottie Studio's use of images and footage of you and your work. *The studio operates by appointment only. Course bookings are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and same-day rescheduling is not permitted. The following circumstances allow for one reschedule or transfer of booking within a two-month period: 1. Weather conditions: Government-announced closures or cancellations in the local area. 2. Emergencies: Such as power outages or equipment malfunctions that prevent the class from proceeding. 3. Lateness. 4. Special circumstances: Such as illness or traffic accidents, which can be discussed. 【Disclaimer】 *The machinery is safe when operated according to guidelines. Therefore, all participants must strictly adhere to the operating rules. Dottie Studio is not liable for any injuries resulting from failure to comply with the guidelines. *In case of equipment malfunction or abnormality, cease operation immediately and notify staff. Do not attempt to handle it yourself.
