** 【Important Notes】 ** *Due to the inherent risks associated with the machinery, participants must be 10 years of age or older. Each session is for individual operation (children aged 10-14 must be accompanied by a parent who will assist throughout the process; no additional fee for co-creation). *To ensure the rights of other participants, please do not be late to avoid disrupting the class start time. Entry will not be permitted 10 minutes after the scheduled start time. You will need to reschedule your session (one rescheduling allowed within 2 months). *After placing your order, please add our official Line account: @ado_studio. Provide the registrant's full name and desired class date, and send your design for review. Your design must be confirmed at least 7 days before the class. For last-minute registrations, please complete this process at least one day before the course to ensure it does not affect the class duration. *To maintain teaching quality, only registered participants are allowed in the studio. Please do not bring companions. If you wish to bring pets or young children, please inform us in advance. The studio opens 5 minutes before the class begins; please do not arrive too early to avoid waiting. *If you exceed the scheduled time, a 30-minute grace period will be provided. You may also choose to: 1. Extend the session, 2. Reschedule for another day, or 3. Take the unfinished piece home. Fees for extending the session or rescheduling are $300 per hour, charged as a full hour for any portion thereof. *As the creation process requires physical exertion, please ensure you have eaten before attending. It is also advisable not to schedule any tight engagements immediately afterward. *No food is allowed in the studio, but you may bring beverages. *The course will be filmed for use as marketing material on the brand's website. If you do not wish to be filmed, please inform a staff member on-site, and we will arrange to avoid capturing your image. By proceeding without notification, you consent to Dottie Studio using images and footage of you and your work. *The studio operates on an appointment basis. Course bookings are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and cannot be rescheduled on the day of the class. The following circumstances allow for rescheduling or transfer of booking once, within a two-month period: 1. Inclement weather: If the government announces school and work closures in the registered area. 2. Unforeseen circumstances: Such as power outages or equipment malfunctions that prevent the class from proceeding. 3. Lateness. 4. Special circumstances: Such as illness or traffic accidents (to be discussed). **Disclaimer:** *When operated according to guidelines, the machinery is safe. Therefore, all participants must strictly adhere to the operating rules. Dottie Studio is not liable for any injuries resulting from failure to comply with these guidelines. *In case of equipment malfunction or abnormality, cease operation immediately and notify staff. Do not attempt to handle it yourself. Any damage to equipment caused by unauthorized operation or handling will be charged at full replacement cost. *By registering, you agree to the above terms and conditions.
