3. Your registration is complete only after a store associate from the experience location contacts you to confirm the appointment date and availability.
4. Materials are prepared after order payment; please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Museum provides a unified invoice receipt. If you require a company-specific invoice, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of class suspension due to natural disasters or other force majeure events, we will proactively contact you to reschedule or process a refund.
