3. Since the product contains living moss and plants, please pay attention to the arrival time after shipment and pick up the goods as soon as possible. In addition, the sources of moss are all locally bred and collected in Taiwan, so please feel free to operate.
4. Please record a video before opening the package to reduce trouble in case of subsequent problems.
5. If there are any defects or damage not caused by the buyer, please take photos immediately and contact the designer. We will arrange exchange service for you as soon as possible!
(The design museum uses plastic-reduced packaging. Except for plants that need ziplock bags for moisture, the rest are made of natural materials such as kraft paper and Linen, and the complexity of packaging is reduced. When purchasing goods, you can take into account environmental protection and love for the earth.)
