This is a fairytale-style design, with all illustrations hand-drawn. Both sides can be customized with engraving (one side with an illustration, one side with text). Therefore, there is no such thing as "completely waterproof paint," only "water-repellent paint." ⭐️ This means that after being splashed or rained on, water will bead up on the surface. Simply wipe it dry with a tissue afterward. ⭐️ However, prolonged immersion in water will still allow moisture to penetrate the wood, leading to mold, warping, or breakage. ⚠️ Therefore, please do not put your key ring in the washing machine or wear it while soaking in hot springs. ⭐️ Although the key ring has water-repellent properties, avoid frequent exposure to rain to maintain or even extend its lifespan. 【Warranty Included】 Every gift is a heartfelt gesture for a friend or partner. No one wants this sentiment to be damaged by accident. If your custom key ring breaks, snaps, or is crushed, simply send the damaged key ring back to Mandily, and Mandily will recreate and send you a key ring with the same design free of charge. You will only need to cover the postage cost to send the key ring back (approximately $36 NTD). [One item is eligible for one warranty claim only.] Re-made key rings are not covered by further warranty. 【Defective Returns and Exchanges】 ⭐️ In cases of: significant visible damage, large stains, missing illustrations or text, or incorrect item shipped, please contact Mandily as soon as possible, and we will address it promptly. ⭐️ Due to the nature of wood grain, there may occasionally be a few dark or light fibers on the surface. These are not scratches or dirt. ⭐️ As this is a handmade product, the wood and original finish may vary slightly between batches, affecting the color.
