This work "Red Turtle Kueh" is created with reference to the shape of Taiwan's traditional rice snack "Red Turtle Kueh", and has the function of printing clay box.
"Kui" has the same pronunciation as "gui" in Hokkien, and the red turtle kueh has the meaning of good fortune, prosperity and longevity.
The work is designed and produced by sculpture artist Zhan Zihong.
The local foundry in Taiwan casts with precision lost Wax technology, each mold can only cast one piece, so no two pieces are 100% identical.
The ancient hand-made ink pad is attached, whether it is a gift or self-use, it is full of style.
