The workshop includes engraving. English letters, numbers, and specific patterns can be engraved (Engraving is not available for certain styles).
How to measure ring size if it's a gift?
● Measuring Method: Use a piece of thread (like sewing thread) to wrap around the finger where the ring will be worn, ensuring a snug fit.
Straighten the thread and measure its length in centimeters with a ruler, then refer to the size chart.
● You may inform our staff of your approximate height and weight; ring size adjustments can be made at the store after the ring is completed.

Silver jewelry can be restored to its original shine by cleaning with toothpaste, silver polish, or a silver polishing cloth when it oxidizes and turns black, making it easy to maintain.

• When not wearing your jewelry, please clean it and store it in a sealed bag or its original box.
• Avoid wearing silver necklaces in hot springs, as this can cause tarnishing.
[How to Use Care Products]
★ To restore oxidized or darkened silver jewelry, gently brush it with a soft-bristled toothbrush, a small amount of toothpaste, and water. Rinse thoroughly and dry with a soft cloth or a hairdryer.
Use the silver polishing cloth in conjunction to restore the silver's luster, making it look like new. The polishing cloth is for daily maintenance, used to wipe metal surfaces.
★ Silver Polish Solution
1. Immerse the silver jewelry in the silver polish solution for 3 to 5 seconds.
2. Remove the jewelry from the solution and rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
3. Dry the jewelry with a soft cloth or a hairdryer.
4. Use the silver polishing cloth in conjunction to restore the silver's luster, making it look like new.
**Important: Do not immerse jewelry with a vintage black finish in silver polish solution, as this will remove the black finish and revert it to its original silver color.**

**Workshops are available with just one participant and operate by appointment only.**
● To protect everyone's rights, any changes to the class date or cancellations must be notified at least three days prior to the workshop. No refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations or no-shows; your booking may be transferred to another product or workshop purchase.
● Samples are available for trying on in-store. Exchanges for styles of the same price are also accepted (subject to material availability in-store).
Exchanges for higher-priced items are possible with a price difference payment, but exchanges for lower-priced items are non-refundable.
● Due to space limitations, if you plan to bring a companion, please inquire about available space in the classroom on the day of your workshop.
● Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled workshop time for check-in and to try on samples, to avoid delays and ensure the rights of all participants.
● Each participant will be provided with a set of tools and materials. The instructor will demonstrate and guide you step-by-step. If a finished piece has irreparable flaws due to failure to follow instructions, a new set of materials will need to be purchased.
● The workshop duration is approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, varying with the complexity of the chosen style. Items can be taken home on the same day.
★ Please adhere to the instructor's safety guidelines for equipment operation during the workshop.
Female participants may need to tie back their hair with a hair tie or clip as needed for safety.
**Failure to comply with safety regulations after warnings will result in personal responsibility for any consequences.**
★ In the event of a typhoon or other natural disasters on your scheduled workshop date, classes will be suspended based on government directives for personal safety, and a new date will be arranged.
