Complemented by unsweetened black bean soy sauce, traditionally brewed in ceramic jars by a century-old Tainan soy sauce maker, the savory umami of the soy sauce blends with the sweet notes of caramel and puffed rice, creating a delightful fusion of East and West, old and new.
