To protect the rights and interests of both parties, if a cancellation is requested due to personal reasons after payment, please provide notice at least 10 days prior to the event. A 10% handling fee will be charged for cancellations made more than 10 days before the event. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 10 days of the event. In case of class suspension due to natural disasters or other force majeure events, Tristar Metalworking Studio will proactively contact you for a refund or rescheduling.
