Embroidered patches are commonly known as embroidered cloth stickers, cloth patches, iron-on patches, or embroidered motifs. However, most embroidered cloth patches require ironing the adhesive backing to attach them to fabric or to cover holes in clothing. HiHello's embroidered patches have an adhesive backing that sticks without ironing. They are perfect for smooth, non-fabric surfaces like water bottles, phone cases, laptops, notebooks, pencil cases, helmets, suitcases, and more! Let's create something unique with our patches! 🏷 How do I use an embroidered patch? HiHello's embroidered patches are very simple to use~ ▪️ For smooth, non-fabric surfaces: Peel off the backing and stick it on. No ironing needed, and it stays put! ▪️ For fabric surfaces: Preheat your iron to 150°C. Use a pressing cloth to protect the embroidery threads from high heat. Iron back and forth for 20-25 seconds. Allow it to cool completely for a secure bond. For extra durability, reinforce with needle and thread. If you don't have an iron, you can also sew it onto fabric with a sewing machine or by hand for a secure attachment! 🏷 What if the fabric cannot be ironed or I'm unsure if it can be ironed? For materials that cannot be ironed (e.g., down jackets, nylon, leather, waterproof fabric) or if you are unsure, we recommend sewing it on with a sewing machine or by hand to avoid damaging your fabric with high heat. 🏷 How strong is the adhesive? Will it fall off easily? HiHello's embroidered patches have sufficient adhesive strength and are not prone to falling off when applied to general smooth, non-fabric surfaces. If attaching to fabric (clothing, pants, hats, etc.), please iron it on and reinforce with sewing for increased durability. 🏷 Will the embroidered patch fall off if washed? Once ironed and reinforced with sewing, the embroidered patch can withstand washing machine cycles without easily falling off. We recommend washing it inside out in a laundry bag. 🏷 Can embroidered patches be repositioned? The adhesive backing on embroidered patches is for single use and cannot be repositioned. Please determine the desired placement before applying. If you remove it and wish to reuse it, the embroidered patch can still be sewn onto fabric with a sewing machine or by hand for decoration. 🏷 Will there be adhesive residue after applying and removing the embroidered patch? The adhesive on embroidered patches is strong, and some residue may remain after removal. You can use sticker removers or adhesive removers to clean it. Before using any remover, please check if your item's surface material is compatible to avoid damage. Do not use a hairdryer to remove residue, as the adhesive on embroidered patches can melt with heat, making it stickier and harder to remove!
