[Important Notes] ‧ For printed products (e.g., wedding vows, invitations, thank you cards, cookie cards, stickers, etc.), printed paper goods will be sent. Electronic files will not be provided. ‧ Different paper types will result in different visual effects for printed paper. If you have specific paper requirements, please inquire before purchasing. ‧ Drawing time typically takes around 10 business days (excluding weekends and national holidays). The exact delivery time will be communicated in advance (adjusted based on the current order schedule and drawing complexity). ‧ A watermarked line sketch will be provided as the initial draft. Free minor adjustments can be made within 7 business days after the first draft is delivered. ‧ Drawings will be based on the primary reference photo (1 photo per person, 1 photo per pet). If you have special requests for modifications, please inquire before purchasing if they can be accommodated. ‧ After production begins, modifications to the original reference photo, other complex changes, or changes after coloring (e.g., altering facial features, changing reference photos, switching outfits, altering poses, adding body parts not shown in the photo) will incur an additional fee. ‧ If, after production has started, you request entirely new content or a redraw with new photos, this will be considered a new order and will require a separate purchase. ‧ No modifications can be made once printing has commenced. ‧ As these are custom products, they cannot be returned or exchanged, nor can cash-on-delivery be used. ‧ Finished products may be publicly displayed.
