Mark previously used this silhouette for a plaid wool dress.
Then, it occurred to him that changing the lower skirt portion to polka dots might look quite charming.
So, he experimented with shirt fabric, and the result was rather pleasing.
Mark also added colorful polka dot embellishments to inject a touch of playfulness into the dress.
