Provide your name, registration date, and session choice, then request a color chart to help us prepare your materials in advance.
* To ensure a quality learning experience, only registered participants are allowed in the classroom. Entry is permitted 5 minutes before the class begins. Please avoid arriving too early to prevent unnecessary waiting.
(Participants aged 10-15 require one parent to be present and assist throughout the session; no additional fee for co-creation.)
* To maintain the flow of the class for all students, latecomers will not receive individual explanations. Please do not be late, as it may disrupt others. For the benefit of all participants, entry will be denied for those arriving more than 10 minutes late. You will need to reschedule your session.
* Food and drinks are prohibited in the classroom. Covered beverages are permitted, but please be careful to avoid spills.
* The course will be filmed for use as marketing material on our brand website. If you do not wish to be filmed, please inform our staff at the venue, and we will avoid capturing your image. By not informing us, you agree to Dottie Studio's use of any images or videos featuring your likeness and work.
* Our studio operates by appointment only. Course bookings are non-cancellable and non-refundable, and same-day rescheduling is not permitted. Rescheduling or transferring your booking is allowed once within two months under the following circumstances:
1. Inclement weather or official government-declared closures for the area.
2. Unforeseen circumstances, such as power outages or equipment malfunctions that prevent the class from proceeding.
3. Arrival more than 10 minutes late.
4. Special circumstances, such as illness or traffic accidents, which may be discussed.
