**To participate in the experience event, please complete your ticket purchase at least < 2 days > in advance.**
**After placing your order, you will receive an internal message confirming your purchase. No physical tickets will be mailed.**
**Minors aged 8 and above must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. 😊**
**To ensure teaching quality and the rights of other students, companions are not permitted during the class. Thank you. 🙏**
**Entry is allowed 10 minutes before the event. To ensure the smooth running of the experience event, please be punctual. Late arrivals exceeding 30 minutes will not be admitted and are not eligible for a refund (if there are special circumstances, please leave a message for me. 😊)**
**Water or beverages are not provided at the event venue. Please bring your own. **
**Please adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's directions. You will be responsible for any damages caused by violations.**
Cancellation Policy:
**Cancellations notified 7 days or more before the class (excluding the event day) will receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this period.**
**Cancellations notified between 6 days and 4 days before the class (excluding the event day) will incur a 50% handling fee.**
**Cancellations made 3 days before the class or on the day of the event are not accepted, and no refund will be issued.**
**If participation in the event is terminated due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be issued.**
**We recommend transferring your spot if you need to cancel within 6 days before the class. However, please be sure to inform us of the transferee's name and contact information.**
**In case of natural disasters, typhoons, or other force majeure events, we will contact you regarding postponement or refund.**
Date Change Policy:
**Date changes are permitted between 6 days and 4 days before the class (excluding the event day), but only one change is allowed.**
**Once a date has been changed, the event cannot be cancelled.**
**Date changes are not accepted 3 days before the class or on the day of the event.**
