Class Duration: The end time may vary depending on individual progress, so please allow some extra time.
**For class efficiency and focus, the maximum class duration is 5 hours. An additional fee of $250 per hour will be charged for sessions exceeding 5 hours. Thank you for your understanding.**

**To participate in the experience event, please complete your ticket purchase at least 2 days in advance.**
**After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation message via station mail. No physical tickets will be sent.**
**Minors aged 8 and above must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. 😊**
**To ensure teaching quality and the rights of other participants, accompanying guests are not permitted during the class. Thank you. 🙏**
**Admission begins 10 minutes before the event. To ensure the smooth progress of the experience, please do not be late. Latecomers exceeding 30 minutes will not be admitted and no refund will be issued. (If you have special circumstances, please leave me a message. 😊)**
**No water or beverages are provided at the venue. Please bring your own. 😊**
**Please adhere to the venue rules and follow the on-site instructor's directions. You will be responsible for any damages caused by violations.**
Cancellation Policy:
**Cancellations notified 7 days prior to the course (excluding the departure date) will receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this period.**
**Cancellations notified between 6 days and 4 days prior to the course (excluding the departure date) will incur a 50% service fee.**
**Cancellations made 3 days prior to the course or on the same day are not accepted, and no refund will be issued.**
**If you withdraw from the activity due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be issued.**
**We recommend transferring your spot if you need to cancel within 6 days prior to the course date. However, please be sure to inform us of the transferee's name and contact information.**
**In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters or typhoons, we will contact you for rescheduling or a refund.**
Date Change Policy:
**Dates can be changed between 6 days and 4 days prior to the course (excluding the departure date), but changes are limited to one instance.**
**Activities that have been rescheduled cannot be cancelled.**
**Date changes are not accepted 3 days prior to the course or on the same day.**
