Class Duration: The end time may vary depending on individual progress, so please allow some extra time.
**To ensure efficiency and focus during class, the maximum class duration is 5 hours. Exceeding 5 hours will incur an additional fee of $250 per hour, thank you for your cooperation~**

Fees include: 5g Japanese AIDA silver clay for <necklaces or bracelets>, 7g for <rings> / pure silver consumables / instructor fee / venue fee / on-site tool rental. < We provide a little extra silver clay just in case! >
If you require a pure silver chain, you can purchase a 16-inch or 18-inch pure silver chain during the class.

Additionally, if you wish to convert it into a bracelet, there is an additional purchase of **$150**.

**To participate in the experience event, please complete your ticket purchase at least < 2 days > in advance.
**After placing your order, you will receive a site-mail confirming your successful purchase. No physical tickets will be issued.
**Minors aged 8 and above must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. 😊~
**To ensure teaching quality and the rights of other participants, companions are not allowed during the class, thank you. 🙏~
**Admission begins 10 minutes before the event. To ensure the smooth running of the experience, please do not be late. Late arrivals exceeding 30 minutes will not be admitted and are not eligible for a refund (if there are special circumstances, please leave a message for us in the inquiry~ 😊).
**Water and beverages are not provided at the event venue. Please bring your own to drink.
**Please adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's directions. You will be responsible for any damages caused by non-compliance.
Cancellation Policy:
**Notifications of cancellation received 7 days prior to the course (excluding the departure date) will receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this period.
**Notifications of cancellation received between 6 and 4 days prior to the course (excluding the departure date) will incur a 50% handling fee.
**Cancellations made within 3 days prior to and on the day of the course are not accepted and will not be refunded.
**If participation is terminated due to reasons not attributable to the organizer during the event, no refund will be issued.
**If you need to cancel within 6 days before the course, we recommend transferring your spot to someone else. However, please be sure to inform us of the transferee's name and contact information.
**In the event of natural disasters or typhoons, we will contact you to arrange for postponement or refund.
Date Change Policy:
**Dates can be changed between 6 and 4 days prior to the course (excluding the departure date), but changes are limited to one instance.
**Activities that have been rescheduled cannot be canceled.
**Date changes are not accepted within 3 days prior to and on the day of the course.
