1. Upon purchase, an "E-ticket Notification Email" will be sent.
2. For laser engraving options, please specify your engraving details in the "Message to Designer" section after confirming your order.
3. Your registration is complete only after a store associate from your chosen experience location contacts you to confirm your reservation date and availability.
4. As course materials need to be prepared after payment, please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Hall provides an official receipt. If you require an invoice with a company tax number, please provide your company name and tax number in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. Refunds will not be issued if the activity is canceled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of class cancellation due to natural disasters or other force majeure events, we will proactively contact you for rescheduling or a refund.
