Customization options include plant colors, card messages, and the addition of ribbons, according to your preferences. Example as shown in the photo; the finished product is approximately 18cm in diameter. Plant varieties may vary slightly depending on seasonal availability. If a specific type is unavailable, a similar plant will be substituted. If you appreciate our style, feel confident entrusting the design and arrangement to our studio. All materials are natural plants and dried flowers, handcrafted to be one-of-a-kind. 📦 About Delivery Local pickup is welcome in Taichung (please message in advance to arrange). For other cities, we use Black Cat or postal delivery (Black Cat is recommended). This item is not available for convenience store pickup. To prevent damage, some figurines will be packaged separately for cross-city delivery. Please assemble them yourself according to the provided instructions upon receipt. ⏳ Shipping Time If materials are readily available, shipping will occur within approximately 1–2 days. 📦 Black Cat Delivery Schedule ・Orders placed Monday–Thursday → Shipped the next day, delivered the day after. ・Orders placed Friday–Sunday → Shipped uniformly on Monday. ・Shipping will be postponed for national holidays. Early ordering is recommended. 🌱 After-Sales Service If plants unfortunately wilt after delivery, you may send them back to the studio for replacement with new plants. You will only be responsible for the cost of the plants and shipping fees.
