[Artist Profile] ■Artist Statement Based on the theme of "recognizing love," I use women as my primary motif to depict the moment of "realization" and the process of that realization. Interested in the structure of the mind since childhood, I began to feel a sense of relief and love in the act of first "recognizing" the contradictions, conflicts, and ambiguities that exist both within myself and society through psychoanalytic treatment and my own experience of bereavement.
