Refund rules:
* If you are unable to attend after payment is completed, you can apply for a refund through the order system, and 30% of the ticket price will be charged for all expenses incurred. Since the designer must prepare materials five days before the event, no refunds or exchanges will be accepted within five days from the day before the event.
・If you need to reschedule, please return your ticket and purchase it again. Ticket refunds and exchanges will not be accepted within five days from the day before the event.
