1. A strict real-name verification process is used for all applicants. However, participants may use nicknames during the event to protect their privacy. Personal details regarding education, career, and age are kept confidential.

▼ If you are unable to attend on the event day, please notify us by phone. No-shows will be blacklisted.
▼ Please provide truthful personal information during registration. You will be held legally responsible for any false information provided.
Safety Assurance
● Upon check-in at the event, identification will be verified. Participants without an ID, found to be impersonating someone else, or identified as non-single will be considered to have forfeited their participation and will not be eligible for a refund. (Verified through real-name registration)
● Before the event, male participants' work permits or proof of employment will be checked to confirm eligibility. (Verified through real-name registration)
● Participants may use nicknames during the event to maintain privacy. (Anonymous participation)
● You may specify in the remarks section anyone you do not wish to encounter (e.g., colleagues) during registration, and we will assist in avoiding their placement in the same event.
● Personal information will not be disclosed during the event to ensure privacy.
Other Notes
I. Cancellation Policy:
▼ Cancellations notified 7 days or more before the event (excluding the event day) will receive a 90% refund of the amount paid.
▼ Cancellations notified between 6 and 4 days before the event (excluding the event day) will receive a 50% refund of the amount paid.
▼ Cancellations are not accepted from 3 days before the event until the day of the event, and no refunds will be issued.
▼ If participation is terminated during the event due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be provided.
▼ In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, we will contact you proactively to arrange a postponement or refund.
▼ If the event is canceled due to reasons attributable to the organizer, a full refund will be issued.
II. Date or Other Event Changes:
▼ Changes to the date or other events can be made up to 4 days before the event (excluding the event day). However, only one change is permitted.
▼ If there is a price difference after changing the date or event, the difference will be refunded or paid accordingly.
▼ Once a date or event has been changed, cancellations will not be accepted.
▼ Changes to the date or other events are not accepted from 3 days before the event until the day of the event.
III. Electronic invoices will be emailed after the event. You will be notified separately if you win a prize. If you require a three-part invoice, please specify this in the remarks section during registration.
