Coffee grounds, dried again after being used for pour-over coffee, are mixed with lacquer.
After two weeks of basic curing within a mold, the piece is demolded.
Following shaping and a week of internal hardening,
multiple layers of colored lacquer and tin powder are applied, sanded, and polished.
The original textured surface gradually becomes smooth and lustrous under the layers of lacquer.
This process results in a one-of-a-kind Lacquer × Coffee Grounds necklace.
