・This product is purchased from the Japanese platform, iichi, through Pinkoi's proxy service. Once an order is placed, the system will automatically initiate the proxy purchase.
・To respect the artisans on iichi, Pinkoi requests that you notify the platform of any changes or cancellations within 6 hours of placing your order. This includes modifications to items, shipping information, or complete order cancellations. Please press the "Request refund" button on the order page to cancel or place another order. If a product(s) has already shipped, you can return it within seven days of receiving it. Please see point three, "Refund & Exchange Policy", below for more details. Please note, the system will use the refund request submission time as the basis for determining whether the order can be canceled. No order cancellations will be accepted after the deadline.
・Please complete the Real-name Authentication within 3 days after the order is placed. If the Real-name Authentication is not completed, the cross-border package cannot be delivered, and the order will be automatically canceled by the system.
2. Product Inventory:
・All orders are subject to the supplier's actual inventory. Please note, there may be cases where the product is sold out or out of stock.
・If an item in an order is out of stock, the system will refund the item and proceed with the rest of the order.
・If all items in the order are out of stock, the system will automatically cancel the order.
3. Refund & Exchange Policy:

The refund and exchange policy, therefore, follows Pinkoi's "Returns Policy." If an item is returned for a reason other than those that are listed, the customer will bear the shipping fee of returns.
・Return Process
1. You must submit a refund request by pressing the "Request refund" button on the order page within seven days of receiving the product(s). Requests made after the seven-day period will not be accepted.
2. After the system approves the refund request, please follow the instructions on the page and return the product(s) to the specified address. To ensure a smooth return process, please use the original packaging and ensure the product is unused.
3. After Pinkoi is notified that the product(s) is returned and confirms that there are no errors, the order refund will be arranged.

This handkerchief is made using a traditional Indian dyeing technique called tenassen, which uses silkscreen printing.
It takes two Indian craftsmen to print on a heavy, large block (about the size of a single tatami mat), which is extremely hard work, and connecting the patterns and layering the screens for each color requires highly skilled techniques.
Subtle misalignments in the print and fading of colors give each piece a unique texture and warmth, making them unique pieces with their own unique charm.
The material is a slightly thin plain weave cotton. It is soft and comfortable to the touch, but it gets softer with each wash and feels comfortable in your hand.

◎About hand printing (silkscreen printing)
This technique involves creating a stencil for each color you want to express, then repeatedly layering each color onto the fabric one by one to create the design, and the entire process is done by hand by craftsmen.
Mixing colors and controlling the amount of pressure used are tasks that only experienced craftsmen can do, and the finished product varies depending on the season as well as the type and condition of the fabric, so the work must be done while always taking into consideration the temperature and humidity.
