| Important Notes for Course Registration | 🔎
1. If you are unable to attend, you may reschedule once up to 3 days before the class (for any session within the next 3 months) or opt for a refund (a 30% processing fee of the course fee will be charged).
2. On the day of the class, due to reserved time, materials, and to ensure fairness for other students, no-shows or arrivals more than 30 minutes late will be considered a forfeiture of participation rights, entry will be denied, and no refunds or rescheduling will be permitted.
3. Our brand operates with small class sizes. The studio undergoes regular cleaning and disinfection with epidemic prevention measures to ensure a safe experience. In cases of confirmed illness, please provide relevant proof (e.g., rapid test, PCR) and notify us via message to discuss potential rescheduling or other arrangements.
4. Due to limited space and to maintain the quality of the learning environment, only ticket holders are permitted to participate in the class. Companions are not allowed.
5. In the event of inclement weather or other force majeure circumstances (e.g., typhoons, earthquakes...), the organizer reserves the right to reschedule.
6. If you do not wish for event photos or videos featuring your likeness to be uploaded to our brand's social media for event records or promotional purposes, please inform us on-site during the event.
