| Important Notes for Class Registration | 🔎
1. If unable to attend, you may reschedule once up to 3 days before the class (for a date within the next 3 months) or opt for a refund (a 30% service fee of the course cost will apply).
2. On the day of the class, as time, space, and materials have been reserved, and to ensure fairness to other students, no-shows or arrivals more than 30 minutes late will be considered a forfeiture of the right to attend, with no refunds or rescheduling permitted.
3. Our brand operates small classes. The studio is regularly cleaned and disinfected, and preventive measures are implemented to provide a safe experience. If you have confirmed COVID-19 or are ill, please provide relevant proof (e.g., rapid test, PCR) and notify us via message. We can discuss subsequent rescheduling procedures.
4. Due to limited space, only ticket holders are permitted in the classroom to maintain quality. Companions are not allowed to participate.
5. In case of inclement weather or force majeure events (e.g., typhoons, earthquakes...), the organizer reserves the right to reschedule.
6. If you do not wish for event photos or videos featuring your likeness to be uploaded to our brand's social media for event records or promotional purposes, please inform us on-site during the event.
