1. If you find that the product is defective or you are not satisfied after the fitting, you can contact the customer service editor to help handle the return/exchange service. (Note❗️Seven-day appreciation period rather than trial period)
2. Returned goods must be fully packaged and complete with accessories. It will not affect the second sale of brand-new goods, otherwise it will affect the return/exchange rights.
3. For returns/exchanges due to defects or shipping errors, the freight will be borne by LANI's. For other factors (such as not liking the product after trial fitting, wrong model selection, etc.), the buyer must bear the freight.

1. Definition of non-defects: minimal stains, size error of 1-2 cm, natural spots and texture of real flowers and shells, and color difference in photos.
The above factors are within the acceptable range according to international inspection standards and are not defects!
2. Reasons why returns/exchanges cannot be accepted: deliberate sabotage during trial use, abnormal use (e.g. deliberately dropped from a high building to the ground), self-processing of the product other than the original product (e.g. inkjet, painting, etc.), damage to packaging or product accessories (Missing buttons, edges, etc.), more than seven days of appreciation period.
3. Please avoid using alcohol (such as corrosive substances) and dishwashing liquid (such as cleaning products containing surfactants) to clean printed products (such as customized products, flower window series, and co-branded series)!
