Session A: 10:00 - 13:30
Session B: 13:30 - 17:00
Session C: 19:00 - 22:30

Inform us of your name, registration date, and preferred session to receive the color chart and allow us to prepare your materials in advance.
* To ensure the quality of instruction, only registered participants are allowed in the classroom. Entry is permitted 5 minutes before the class begins. Please do not arrive too early to avoid waiting.
(Participants aged 10-14 require one parent to accompany and assist throughout the session; no additional fee for co-creation.)
* To maintain the learning environment for all students, latecomers will not receive individual explanations. Please do not be late as it may disrupt the ongoing class. For the benefit of other participants, entry will be denied for those arriving more than 10 minutes late; rescheduling will be required.
* Food and drinks are not permitted in the classroom. Covered beverages are allowed, but please be mindful of spills.
* The workshop may be filmed and photographed for use as marketing material on our brand website. If you do not wish to be filmed, please inform our staff on-site so we can avoid capturing your image. By not informing us, you agree to Dottie Studio using images and footage of you and your work for promotional purposes.
* The studio operates by appointment only. Bookings are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and cannot be rescheduled on the day of the class. Rescheduling or transferring your booking is permitted once within two months under the following circumstances:
1. Weather conditions: Government declares a work or school closure in your area.
2. Unforeseen circumstances: Such as power outages or equipment failure preventing the class from proceeding.
3. Lateness.
4. Special circumstances: Such as illness or traffic accidents (subject to discussion).
