We use eco-friendly EVA resin foam, produced similarly to bread-making. Slight color and height differences (within 1-2mm of the actual dimensions) may occur between interlocking mats. Some mats may exhibit spot dyeing, black dots, or indentations on the surface; if smaller than 1.5cm, these are considered normal and not defects. 2. A non-toxic oil is applied to the surface before shipment. For initial use, we recommend washing the mat with a detergent that has good degreasing power to prevent the floor from becoming slippery. 3. The mats may have a slight new product smell, which is not a toxic plastic odor. Air drying in a ventilated area after washing will gradually dissipate the smell. 4. For prolonged use, regularly lift the mats to allow for ventilation and ensure the mats and floor are completely dry. While our double-sided mats are fully waterproof and made of dense, thick material, extended coverage on certain floor types (e.g., floors containing PVC) may lead to oxidation and color differences compared to surrounding areas. Our mats have undergone color migration tests to the highest standards and will not stain or fade.
