【Precautions】 ◆ This itinerary is not a suburban mountain itinerary, it is a Xiaobaiyue itinerary, so you still need to practice physical fitness beforehand. ◆ Please read carefully the relevant itinerary and the provisions of this article for the activities you are participating in, and then decide to register after fully understanding and agreeing. ◆ Activity arrangements will be adjusted based on the conditions of participants, facility conditions and weather factors, with safety and quality as the highest consideration. ◆ The camping facilities are all-terrain type, so you can stay with fellow mountaineers. It is clean, warm and simple. ◆ Whether you can see the sunrise or not is beyond the control of the organizer, as is the weather during the event. If the weather changes, rain preparations will be made. This cannot be used as a reason for refund or partial refund. ◆ If the weather is bad, please follow the instructions of the coach and team leader. ◆ Please use team spirit to assist your teammates and do not leave the team to act alone. ◆ Please be sure to keep the environment clean and do not leave any garbage behind. ◆ Smoking is prohibited at the event site, and illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. Please cooperate with yourself. ◆ Registration for rainy days: If the rain is not heavy, wearing a raincoat and continuing activities will enhance safety. If the rain becomes heavy, the activities will be adjusted. ◆ If there is any situation during mountain climbing that can be handled within the scope of professional care, the team leader and coach will handle it and contact the emergency contact person as soon as possible. The situation will still be reported to the emergency contact person during the handling process. ◆ Please refer to the refund policy for refunds when canceling an event. ◆ Set up a Line group to conduct [Mountain Pre-trip Teaching Courses] and [Pre-trip Instructions]. ◆ Event-related images include photos and videos, which may be used in the event introduction and promotion of our company and partner platforms. The link to the album is provided for download. 【Cancellation method】 ◆ If a passenger applies for cancellation 31 days before the start of the trip, an administrative processing fee of 300 yuan will be deducted and a refund will be made. ◆ If a passenger applies for cancellation 21-30 days before the start of the trip (including the 30th day), 20% of the order fee will be deducted as a handling fee. ◆ If a passenger applies for cancellation 11-20 days before the start of the trip (including the 20th day), 30% of the order fee will be deducted as a handling fee. ◆ If a passenger applies for cancellation 4-10 days before the start of the trip (including the 10th day), 50% of the order fee will be deducted as a handling fee. ◆ If the passenger applies for cancellation 3 days before the start of the trip (including the first day), 100% of the order fee will be deducted as a handling fee. ◆ Passengers who apply for cancellation on the day of the trip cannot apply for a refund. ◆ If you apply to reschedule due to personal factors, it will be deemed as a cancellation and will be handled in accordance with the above cancellation terms. ◆ If the event is terminated due to factors that are not responsible for the organizer, no refund will be given. ◆ No refunds will be given for personal reasons such as lateness or absence. 【Weather influence】 ◆ If the event is affected by force majeure (such as typhoon warnings, heavy rain warnings, etc.), the organizer will decide whether to cancel and refund the original payment method after deducting necessary expenses. ◆ No refunds will be given if the itinerary is changed due to sudden changes in weather, safety considerations or personal factors during the activity. ◆ In the event that this itinerary encounters force majeure factors such as typhoons, earthquakes, heavy rains and road conditions, in order to consider the safety of the group members, the company reserves the right to change the itinerary depending on the actual conditions. If it is postponed or canceled, the insurance premium and the amount paid will be deducted. The remaining fees incurred (such as non-refundable deposits will be shared based on the number of people) and remittance fees will be refunded. [How to change the date] ◆ The date can be changed 14 days before the departure date, but the change can only be made once and is limited to events of the same organizer. Cancellations will not be accepted for rescheduled events. ◆ No date changes will be accepted from 14 days before to the day of departure. If there is a price difference after the change, the excess cost will be refunded and the shortfall will be compensated. ◆ It is recommended that if you need to reschedule within 14 days before the departure date, you can transfer the place, but please be sure to inform the agent of the name, contact information and relevant information of the participant.
