Using a soft measuring tape or a piece of string, gently wrap it around your wrist to measure the circumference. The measurement should be snug but comfortable, allowing for slight movement. Select the closest whole centimeter measurement. We will craft the bracelet to this size to ensure a comfortable fit and allow the bracelet to gently turn. 2️⃣ If your wrist size has a decimal, for example, 14.5cm, you can choose either 14cm or 15cm: 14cm will be a closer fit while still allowing for movement; 15cm will offer a looser, more relaxed feel. 3️⃣ If adjustments are needed due to measurement discrepancies, please note the following: Within 7 days: Upon receiving the bracelet, please inform us within 7 days and send it back for adjustment. There will be no charge. Between 7 and 14 days: If you notify us for an adjustment after wearing the bracelet for more than 7 days, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee. Over 14 days: Please utilize the restringing service available through the warranty card, or opt for a paid service of NT$100 for restringing and adjustment fees.
