The square-shaped, meadow-green beads are exceptionally rare Roman glass beads, originally crafted for adornment like necklaces during the Roman era. Roman glass dates back to the Roman Empire period (27 BCE – 395 CE). Their delicate hues and beautiful forms possess a captivating charm, offering a glimpse of a rare, ancient glass that evokes a sense of decaying beauty.
