1. Upon placing your order, you will receive an "E-Ticket Notification Email" from the system.
2. For laser-engraved options, please specify your desired text in the "Message to Designer" field after confirming your engraving details.
3. Your registration is complete only after a store associate from your chosen experience location contacts you to confirm your reservation date and seat availability.
4. As course materials need to be prepared after ordering and payment, please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Museum can provide a unified receipt. If you require a company invoice with a tax ID number, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" field.
6. Refunds will not be issued if the activity is cancelled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In the event of a class cancellation due to force majeure such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you to arrange a postponement or refund.
