Namasia coffee is produced in the mountainous indigenous areas of the municipality, where most of the people are the Bunun and Kanakanafu. With the enthusiasm of the tribe, the tribe wanders in the warm sunshine of southern Taiwan. Located at an altitude of 800 meters and facing east, the original production area surrounded by Nanzixian Creek and Naci Orchid began to grow coffee in 2006 and applied for green conservation certification. The production is completely handmade and the yield is limited. Each bean is the result of careful cultivation. The mountainous area is foggy, and the beans have both high altitude and island characteristics. They are thick with rich aroma and medium acidity.
The estate produces 400 kilograms per year. This batch adopts the water-washing process, and its aromas include Epiphyllum, lemongrass, honey, osmanthus and jasmine. The taste is beetroot with a slight sourness. The medium roast has a strong sweet aftertaste, while the light roast has a high altitude characteristic and is mainly aromatic.
