Namasia coffee is produced in the mountain aboriginal area of the municipality directly under the Central Government, and most of the territory is Bunun and Kanakanafu. With the enthusiasm of the tribe, the tribe wanders in the warm sunshine of southern Taiwan. At an altitude of 800 meters and facing east, the original production area surrounded by Nanzi Xianxi and Nacilan began to grow coffee in 2006, and applied for green conservation certification. The production is completely handmade and the output is limited, and each bean is the result of careful care. The mountains are foggy, and the beans have both high altitude and island characteristics. They are thick and have a strong aroma, and the acidity is medium.
The annual output of the manor is 400 kg. This batch is processed by water washing, and has the aroma of epiphyllum, citronella, honey, osmanthus, and jasmine. The taste of beets is slightly sour, medium roasting shows a strong aftertaste of sweetness, light roasting has high altitude characteristics, and is mainly aroma.
