**Ingredients/** Low-gluten flour, cocoa powder, almond flour, eggs, 80% dark chocolate, heavy cream, rum-soaked cherries, milk, pure whiskey, gelatin, etc.
**Workshop Fee/** $1280 TWD per person, per item, includes on-site beverage.
*A supplement of $100 TWD for buffet usage is required if two individuals jointly create one item. On-site beverages are provided (payment due on the day).
**Age Requirement/** 12 years and above. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. For safety reasons, children under 6 are not permitted entry. Children aged 6-11 must be accompanied by an adult (one adult per child).

Workshop Description
Notes
・ Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time.
・ Outside food and beverages are not permitted. Complimentary water, unsweetened green tea, and instant coffee are available.
・ To reschedule or cancel, please notify us at least three days in advance. Cancellations made on the same day are non-refundable. Rescheduling on the day of the appointment will incur a 20% service fee.
・ Rescheduling is permitted once.
・ Seating is limited to a resting area; no chairs are provided.
・ In-store utensils are for cooking purposes only. Sharing desserts by eating directly from them is strictly prohibited.
・ Seating arrangements are made by staff based on availability (customers with the same booking will be seated together).
